Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may choose return the item(s) for an exchanged item of equal value, for a store credit, or towards an item of greater value. Refunds are not accepted. All merchandise must be returned unused and in itโ€™s original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible. Any candles damaged or burnt will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Bonne Vivant Candles LLC does not refund original or return shipping charges. Bonne Vivant Candles LLC is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us and as such we recommend insuring your return package. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. If you received flat rate shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. Items must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and can not have been lit. If the item is not returned in itโ€™s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive the requested return item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for an email confirmation of accepted exchange request or confirmation of store credit with voucher number.
